Conventions / On-Site Support

MMI's commitment to the success of your convention includes comprehensive on-site services led by an experienced program manager or your MMI sales executive. Your program manager or sales executive resolves any issues that may arise and deals with any needs or concerns in a timely manner. We also offer professional trip directors and guides who are selected based on their experience at your convention destination.

Our on-site team members act as ambassadors of your company and representatives of MMI. They see to last minute adjustments, manage all planned activities, and provide a liaison between you and the convention suppliers. The on-site team's function is to coordinate and smoothly handle all convention details so you are free to host your special event.
